Pouilly Fume –Baron de L- Loire – Frankrijk-

Rioja Gran Reserva –El Meson- Rioja –Spanje-
This Gran Reserva of El Meson is made from 90% Tempranillo and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is aged in oak casks for three years and then matures the wine in the bottle for a further two years. In the bouquet recognized one clear vanilla tones and also a certain spiciness. The finish is perfectly balanced and gives a very pleasant combination of the fruit of the Cabernet Sauvignon and the sweet velvety of the Tempranillo.

Ripasso della Valpolicella –Bosan/Cesari- Veneto –Italie-
Bosan is a Valpolicella Classico Superiore, which in november after the harvest is enriched with grape skins submitted by Amarone wine. By adding the grape skins creates a second fermentation, which takes place on the skins of the Amarone grapes. This is a use that is applied only in the region of Veneto. The wine goes after the second fermentation in large casks for a period of 6 to 8 months and then the bottles stored horizontally Ripasso wine 4 to 6 months before they may be sold. The result is a full bodied red wine with a soft developed taste and aftertaste.
Chateauneuf du Pape –Les Combes d`Arnevels- Cotes du Rhone – Frankrijk-
This wine is made from a 13 numerous grape varieties, with Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cinsault the the the 4 main ones. The grapes come from separate pieces vineyard, each with its own characteristic identity. There is an education rather than 18 months in oak casks.
